Rental Rules

• All equipment leaves Coastal Machinery clean, full of fuel, and inspected. You are responsible for repair costs if damage is done while in your possession.
   
• If we have to wash the equipment upon return, you will be charged $75/hour.
   
• If we have to fuel the equipment upon return, you will be charged the current market value per gallon of gas.
   
• Daily rental equals up to 8 hours of use. Weekly rental equals 40 hours. Monthly rental equals 176 hours. Weekend rental equals a 1 day rental, up to 8 hours.
   
• Any hours over the above designated hours will be prorated.
   
• Small Truck Delivery $175.00/hour
   
• Large Truck Delivery $195.00/hour
   
• All rates are before 7.5 % tax is added for Florida, and 7.5% is added for Alabama.
